Dalam Bahasa Indonesia, Hope dan Wishmempunyai arti yang sama, yaitu Berharap. Penggunaan kedua kata tersebut dapat kita perhatikan pada contoh berikut:

A. Expressing Congratilation
Expression of congratulation adalah ungkapan selamat yang kita gunakan untuk memberikan ucapan selamat kepada seseorang ketika berhasil melakukan sesuatu.
Contoh 1 : Congratulation for getting a new job, Jordan.
Contoh 2 : conversation
Lina : I heard that you get a new job jordan.
Jordan : Yes that's true.
Lina : Congratulation for getting a new job.
Jordan : Thank you, lina.
Jenis Expressing Congratilation
N0te : Perbedaan congratulation dan happy adalah congratulation itu artinya selamat.biasanya digunakan untuk memberi selamat kepada orang yang memenangkan perlombaan atau mendapatkan juara. Sedangkan Happy itu bisa diartikan artinya senang.biasanya digunakan untuk mengutarakan perasaan kita yang sedang senang.
